Overview
The Nar Phu Valley Trek begins with a scenic drive from Besisahar to Dharapani. From there, the trek heads to Koto, where we leave the Annapurna Circuit Trail and venture onto the off-the-beaten-path route to Nar Phu Valley.
From Koto, the trek continues to Meta and then to Phu, where we spend two nights exploring the pristine village and enjoy an excursion to Himlung Base Camp. After Phu, we trek to Nar, spending another two nights discovering the village, its ancient monasteries, and local culture.
From Nar, the route leads over Kang La Pass to Nawal and then to Manang, offering stunning mountain vistas along the way. The trek concludes with a walk from Manang to Chame, the final trekking point, before driving back to Kathmandu.
The drives from Besisahar to Dharapani and from Chame to Besisahar follow scenic mountain roads. Though challenging, these routes showcase waterfalls, traditional villages, terraced fields, and panoramic Himalayan views, adding an unforgettable journey to your trekking adventure.
